Provide 24/7 customer assistance via chat, email, and calls.
Fluency in English + one regional or international language preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years

Experience: 1–4 years in process or data analytics

Troubleshoot and escalate issues efficiently.
Experience: 1–5 years
4. Business Development Executive
Generate leads, manage client relationships, and drive new opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience: 1–3 years in BPO/IT sales
5. Software Developer (AI/ML & Automation)
Build and maintain AI & automation systems for enterprise clients.
Knowledge of Python, NLP, and workflow automation tools required.
